You must not submit a website to Zaptions for crawling if you are not authorized to conduct the requested audit.

Zaptions may limit, pause, or stop a crawl when necessary to protect its infrastructure, comply with applicable requirements, respond to abuse, or prevent excessive resource consumption.

7. Third-Party & Restricted Websites

Zaptions does not grant you permission to crawl, analyze, copy, reproduce, or otherwise access a website merely because the website is publicly accessible.

You are responsible for determining whether you have the appropriate authorization to audit a particular website, including websites operated by governments, public institutions, businesses, organizations, or other third parties.

You should respect applicable access restrictions, authentication requirements, robots directives, contractual terms, intellectual property rights, privacy requirements, and applicable laws.

9. Accuracy & Availability

We aim to provide useful and accurate audit results, but automated website analysis can produce incomplete, outdated, or incorrect results.
